The students of M.V.M, Maharishi Nagar participated in Inter-School English Essay writing competition which was organized by Ahkil Bhartiya Anuvrat Nyas and Mohini Srivastava of Std. XII bagged 3rd position for her brilliant piece of creative writing. A Special assembly was conducted where Mohini was honoured with certificate & medal.

The students of M.V.M, Maharishi Nagar made a make in NSO, IEO, NCO and IMO under the guidance of MRS. Dipanwita Tarat,Mrs. Anju Vishnoi, Mrs. Versha Swami Mr. Rajeshwar Chauhan. 4 Students of IEO, 8 students of NSO and 11 students of IMO were awarded with gold medals. Shubhram Gupta added another page to the success story of our school as he secured 25th rank in Uttar Pradesh in Second Level NCO . He was awarded with certificate of merit, world bank DVD and annual Subscription to BBC Knowledge magazine.

Inter House English Debate and Declamation Competition for Group D & Group E were Organized under the guidance of the faculties of English. Department and Prachi from Class VIII, Vyas house achieved 1st position in Debate competition, Nisha Kumari from Class XII and Annapurna from class X Vashistha House Shared the first prize together in Declamation Competition.

The students of M.V.M, Maharishi Nagar bagged Second Position in Inter maharishi Vidya Mandir, Debate Competition at Regional Level under the guidance of Mrs. Dipanwita Tarat and Mrs. Sumita Haldar.

Prerna Mishra of Std VIII, M.V.M, Maharishi Nagar achieved 2nd position in junior Science Project under the guidance of Mrs. Anju Vishnoi at Regional level and Avi Bhardwaj of Std. X Secured 1st position at national level in senior science project under the guidance of Mrs. Nidhi Tomar. She prepared a project on Green city which was specially acclaimed by judges and spectators.

Nityam Gupta of std. VIII achieved 1st position in junior Maths Project at Regional level under the leadership of Mrs. Rachna Saxena and Anuj Srivastava of std XII won 1st position in Senior Science Project at Regional level under the guidance of Mr. Kamlesh Pandey.

The students of M.V.M Maharishi Nagar participated in group Song Competition organized by Akhil Bhartiya Anuvrat Nyas on 20th August, 2012 under the care and guidance of the Nightingale of our school Mrs. Anuradha Agasty (Music Teacher) & Mr. Nityananda (Tabla Teacher). There were fifteen schools participating in this competition. Our students did us proud by securing the 3rd position at both senior & junior level competition. They Sang the songs 'Vidyalay Pawan Mandir' and 'Insaniyat ke path par' Which were composed by Mrs. Anuradha Agasty.

The School was awarded with a shield and the students were honoured with certificate.

Social Work

Students participate in social awareness program to make our environment pollution free. Our school made sincere effort in making Maharishi-Nagar town Pollution Free. It got appreciation from all walks of life. Nager Palika Maharishi-Nagar .

Provided assistance in cash and kind to the victims Kedar Nath flood victims.
